General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope

1.1 These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by consumers (Section 13 of the German Civil Code) via the GreenThreads online shop (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us").

1.2 Our deliveries, services and offers are made exclusively on the basis of these General Terms and Conditions. Any conflicting or deviating terms and conditions of the buyer do not apply unless we have expressly agreed to their validity in writing.

2. Contracting party

3. Offer and conclusion of contract

3.1 The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding invitation to order.

3.2 By clicking the "Buy" button, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase the goods in the shopping cart. Before finally submitting the order, the customer can change and view the order data at any time.

3.3 The contract is only concluded when we accept the customer’s order by means of an order confirmation or by dispatching the goods.

4. Prices and shipping costs

4.1 All prices quoted are final prices and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.

4.2 In addition to the prices stated, shipping costs may apply, which vary depending on the delivery address and the shipping service provider selected. The shipping costs are shown to the customer before the order is confirmed.

5th payment

5.1 The customer can make payment via [payment methods: e.g. PayPal, credit card, direct bank transfer].

5.2 The purchase price is due immediately upon ordering.

6. Delivery and Shipping

6.1 Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer.

6.2 Delivery is usually made within [number of days, e.g. 3-5 working days], unless otherwise agreed. The customer will be informed of any differing delivery times on the product page or in the order confirmation.

6.3 If an item is not available, we will inform the customer immediately and refund any payments already made.

7. Return and Right of Cancellation

7.1 Right of withdrawal for consumers

The customer has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period shall be 14 days from the day on which the customer or a third party designated by him takes possession of the last goods.

7.2 Cancellation form

To exercise his right of withdrawal, the customer can inform us of his decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). The customer can use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

7.3 Consequences of revocation

In the event of cancellation, we are obliged to refund the customer any payments we have received from him, excluding delivery costs and return costs, promptly and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received notification of the cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we use the same means of payment that the customer used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with the customer. We charge a processing fee of €10 for returns.

7.4 Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods, such as mystery boxes or vouchers.

8. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

9. Liability for defects

9.1 The statutory provisions apply to all defects in the delivered products.

9.2 Please note that minor signs of wear are normal for used items and do not constitute defects unless they are expressly marked as such.

10. Data Protection

10.1 We collect, process and use personal data only in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations. For further information, please refer to our [privacy policy].

11. Final provisions

11.1 The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

11.2 Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
